Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
• Orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
• Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Unopened, unused polish can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened bottles.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

To start a return, email hello@cateyegel.com with your order email address and the shades you're returning.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to fulfill your order and keep in touch if you ask us to.

• Payments: checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Order details: your name, email and shipping address are used to ship your order and send receipts and tracking.
• Glitter List: if you sign up, we use your email to send news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser so they're there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.

Terms

By placing an order on CatEyeGel.com you agree to these terms. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or if pricing was listed in error.

Gel polish is for external cosmetic use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, avoid contact with skin while applying, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
